Return policy
Customers in Iran may return eligible new products within 7 days of delivery by mail. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping policy
We ship across Iran. Typical delivery takes 4–4 business days depending on the destination and selected carrier.
Default shipping fee from 95,000 Rial. City courier, express post, and Tipax may be available at checkout.
